On February 13, we present the 22nd session of the #BLABLANIGHTS series, featuring our guest of honor, Fer Vallespín. He will share his incredible journey as an art director and illustrator for some of the most iconic magazines of Condé Nast Spain: GQ, Vanity Fair, and Condé Nast Traveler.
With an always innovative and multifaceted approach, he has left his mark on some of the most important brands in the industry, including Esquife, T Magazine of The New York Times Spain, L’Officiel, Tapas, and Robb Report, among others.
Throughout his career, Fer Vallespín has been recognized multiple times by the SNDE (Society for News Design) for his excellence in design. In 2016 and 2018, Forbes and Man On The Moon magazines honored him with the award for the best-designed publication in Spain, Portugal, and Latin America. His talent also extended beyond editorial design— in 2018, he participated in the acclaimed ‘Hope to Nope: Graphics and Politics’ exhibition at the Design Museum in London with the cover of Forbes issue #42, featuring the controversial Donald Trump.
