This Master’s program is designed for graphic and brand designers who want to move beyond static identity systems and develop motion-led brand languages. You will receive advanced training in motion design for branding, combining conceptual thinking, design research, and industry-oriented production workflows through a project oriented and portfolio focused curriculum.

The Methodology

Program
1st trimester
Motion Design as Brand System
From the very start you will be immersed in the history and trends of Motion Design in Branding, and will learn to think of motion as brand behavior by building identity systems based on movement. You will learn the basics of 2D animation using After Effects , building professional pitches, basics of Sound Design, and create a brand system for Broadcast applications.
2nd trimester
Motion Design as Brand Narrative
In the second trimester you will expand your understanding in time and space, building brand narratives through Motion Design. You will learn the basics of 3D animation using Cinema 4D, art direction, build narratives and storytelling, use generative AI tools for Motion Design, project management, and build a professional advertising campaign.
3rd trimester
Motion Design as Brand Expansion
In the third trimester you will explore beyond the frontiers of Motion Design experimenting with different techniques. You will learn mixed media techniques, advanced sound design, build brand systems for an event, and create your final thesis project.
