Showcase of short films by students of the Cinematography class
On Tuesday 18 February, LABA Valencia hosted an exhibition of short films created by students in the final year of the BAH in Photography and Video, with their teacher, filmmaker David Curto.
The event gave the students the opportunity to screen their pieces in front of classmates, teachers, family and friends.
It was a great opportunity in which the spectators appreciated the quality and level acquired throughout the 3 years of studies, the technical mastery of the students, and their ability to tell visual stories with depth and a unique artistic sensibility.
The short films made by the students during the course with David Curto were:

At the end of the screening, professor David Curto announced the winning short film of the exhibition.
In recognition of the effort, the photographic direction and the commitment shown throughout the course, the creators of ‘Inerme’, the winning piece, will have the opportunity to join the team of an upcoming film project directed by David Curto. The students awarded with this experience are: Isaac Fernández, Roque Sales, Amalio Ruiz, Sergio Pons and Shaima Oubraiba.
