CANYAR. A tribute to Julio Le Parc created by the Master’s students and teaching staff. Le Parc is an internationally renowned figure in optical and kinetic art. The work is a kinetic sculpture made of semi-transparent methacrylate, light and vertical strips of pure metal. Motors generate slow waves, reflections and shadows. The piece explores the recurring presence of lines and the tension they create.
