The #MICME. Interactive Art Festival is an exhibition of the final projects of the Master’s students, tutored by the teaching staff. The festival highlights the role of multimedia and technologies as the core of the artistic experience: live audiovisuals, performances and interactive improvisations in real time.
An immersive installation that weaves glass, light, sound and space into a quiet, meditative environment that invites slow exploration. Poetic fragments reveal themselves through touch, turning the space into a living poem.
Languages and technologies: Glass, water, laser, projection mapping, pixel mapping, Touchdesigner, Lidar sensor, esp32, Ableton.

Céline Lafrikh
Student of the 3rd promotion of the MICME. International Master in Multimedia Creation for Live Shows at LABA Valencia, she graduated in July 2025.
Is a multidisciplinary artist who creates immersive and interactive environments at the intersection of analog and digital media. Lafrikh’s work gives body to primal elements – light, water, earth, voice – through sculpture, installation, performance and light-art. Spiritual heritage and artisanal techniques are remixed with TouchDesigner-driven technologies to amplify the material’s experiential potential. Lafrikh’s work has been shown at FOMU (BE), Het Bos (BE), and Kunsthal Mechelen (BE), as well as Abyss Art Space (ES). Collaborations span Marjolein Guldentops, Bo Vloors, Emilie Pariel and Blue Bench Sessions; past residencies include Het Bos (BE) and PAF (FR). Upcoming projects comprise a residency at Radar Mechelen (BE) and participation in a group show at Kunsthal Mechelen (BE).
Theon Adam
Student of the 3rd promotion of the MICME. International Master in Multimedia Creation for Live Shows at LABA Valencia, he graduated in July 2025.
Has adapted and evolved into a multidisciplinary artist. Venturing into audio-visual media, immersive and interactive experiences and light art, he brings the best of both worlds audio-visually while delivering a strong foundation for live installations and visual creations. From a sound engineering background for both live and studio his blend of audio expertise and visual artistry allows him to craft aesthetic, immersive experiences that engage multiple senses.
Matteo Witten
Student of the 3rd promotion of the MICME. International Master in Multimedia Creation for Live Shows at LABA Valencia, he graduated in July 2025.
Is an audiovisual artist from Brussels. With previous experience in visual arts, music and engineering, his current practice focuses on pushing the boundaries of conventional art media. His multimedia artworks range from music videos to gallery installations.
