Testimonial of Theon Nazeer
“…Driven by an interest in interactive and immersive productions, I began my training at LABA Valencia, where I have deepened my knowledge of TouchDesigner, videomapping, light art, and immersive experiences.
I have the opportunity to experiment with and combine different media and technologies within a single project, and I’m delighted with the stage I’m currently at, enjoying the challenges, continuous learning, and new trends and technologies.
“I’m grateful to have shared this time, these lessons, and these unforgettable moments with such a brilliant group of people.”

Theon Adam Nazeer, Graduate of the MICME at LABA Valencia
Theon Nazeer, he has been one of the participants in the MICME Interactive Art FESTIVAL, organized by the students of MICME. International Master’s Degree in Multimedia Creation for Live Shows at LABA VALENCIA, which was held on June 13, 14, and 15 at the LABA VALENCIA campuses and BOMBAS GENS.
His participation stood out for the conceptual strength, technical ambition, and artistic sensitivity of the installations presented to the public.
During the festival, Theon showcased the results of an intense year of work and experimentation, in which technology becomes an artistic language and the audience becomes an active part of the work. His projects explored the relationship between light, sound, space, and interactivity, creating immersive experiences that invited both contemplation and participation.
One of the installations presented was “TOTEM”, developed together with Brianna Bobbitt, Matteo Benvegnú and Matteo Whitten.
This piece stood out for its sculptural presence and its ability to transform the space through light and sound, creating a meeting point between the physical and the digital.
Additionally, Theon took part in the creation of “OMADA”, together with Bilge Icozu and Fadhli.
This installation focused on direct interaction with the audience, offering a collective experience in which each action influenced the visual and sonic behavior of the work, reinforcing the idea of community and connection.
Both installations reflect a deeply immersive educational process, in which the master’s students work with light art, videomapping, interactive systems, and sound art, integrating different disciplines to shape complex and contemporary projects.
Theon Adam Nazeer’s participation in the MICME FESTIVAL was intense, coherent, and impactful, demonstrating not only mastery of tools and technologies but also a personal artistic vision committed to the present of interactive art.
An exciting journey culminating in works that engage in dialogue with both the audience and the space.
Congratulations on this outstanding work!
