LABA Valencia. School of Art. Design & New Media (LABA Education Spain) offers official British university degrees: the Bachelors of Arts (Hons) in Graphic Design and Digital Media and in Photography and video, two of the areas with the greatest employment prospects in the field of the creative industries, together with the International Master in Multimedia Creation for Performing Arts and Live Shows, and the Master of Arts in Photography [Fashion & Editorial].
LABA Valencia is a lively space, with a clear international vocation and a strong market orientation, committed to the sectors where art and technology intersect; where artists, educators and creatives can find opportunities for their professional future, as well as for the development of their personal expression, with first-class teachers and constant stimuli: exhibitions such as Designers of the Univers, Augmented Worlds, Photo LABA Firenze, the annual exhibitions with the selection of the best student works, the BlablaNights Cycle on Design, Technology and New Media; collaborations with professionals, artists, museums and national and international galleries such as the National Museum of Contemporary Art in Athens, the Museum of Image in Portugal, the National Museum of History in Slovenia, the Labyrint Gallery in Poland and many others.
Casa da Imagem (House of Image)
Casa da Imagem (House of Image) (CI-FML) is an artistic and educational centre, where media and visual literacy can be learned and explored by the community. CI-FML is part of a Foundation, Fundação Manuel Leão, a private, non-profit entity with public interest status, and is, therefore, committed in pursuing its goals and mandate. The Foundation organises its activities and initiatives in Vila Nova de Gaia since 1996 and its main purpose is the promotion of public good through the educational, cultural, artistic and socio-charitable domains. It was from the intersection of the two central pillars of the Fundação Manuel Leão, education and art, that Casa da Imagem emerged in 2011, offering a space of education and artistic activities, initiatives and endeavours.

Agrupamento de Escolas de Cristelo.
AEC is a cluster with 3 schools with students from 3-18 years. Cristelo is in a rural area belonging to the municipality of Paredes. Many students are from low-income families, where poverty and illiteracy remain. This context has led the school and the Ministry of Education to create a special project and program. according to an educational contract that has made it possible to improve students’ outcomes. AEC works primarily in the field of General education, but with the flexibility programme of the Ministry of Education, it was possible to create new courses, mixing subjects such as Arts, Maths, IT, in project-based activities. Another course is “Exploratório”, also with different subjects such as Creativity, Local Culture and History (route of the Romanesque) Experimental sciences and Robotics. At the secondary level, the school has 3 different courses related to, Sciences and Technology, Socioeconomics and Humanities.
